1. Eligibility

• You must provide accurate and complete information during registration.
• You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and password.

2. Bidding & Purchasing

• All items are sold directly by the site owner. Public or third-party selling is not available at this time.
• All items are sold “as is”, with no warranties, guarantees, or representations of condition unless stated otherwise.
• Check all photos and descriptions carefully before placing a bid or making a purchase.
• All sales are final. No returns, exchanges, or refunds will be accepted.

3. Pick-Up & Delivery

• We offer local pick-up and delivery in Kokomo, Indiana only.
• Pick-up times and locations will be coordinated after the sale. Please respond promptly to confirm your arrangements.
• Local delivery may be available for an additional fee, depending on item size and distance. Contact us before purchase for a quote.

4. Promotional Credits

• Any promotional credits (including the Free $5 Credit for new accounts) are non-transferable, non-refundable, and not redeemable for cash.
• Promotional credits can only be used toward future purchases on Estoreauctions.com and must be used before any stated expiration date.
• Abuse or misuse of promotional credit may result in account suspension or removal of credit. 
• We can end Promotion at anytime. 

5. Content Ownership & Usage

• All content on this Site—including text, images, graphics, and logos—is owned or licensed by Estoreauctions.com. Do not copy, reproduce, or distribute without permission.
• You may not use this Site or its content for any unlawful or unauthorized purposes.

• This Site may contain links to third-party websites. We are not responsible for the content or practices of those websites. Use them at your own risk.

7. Limitation of Liability

• Estoreauctions.com and its owners are not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from your use of the Site or from any transactions made through it.
